Founded in 1986, the CALL Construtora Alves Lopes for years devoted itself to works in the public sector, working mainly on sanitation and infrastructure. In partnership with other public agencies and private companies, CALL implemented and developed several projects for the construction and expansion of schools, hospitals, parks and health clinics, making its name and gain space, especially regarding the sector.

The experience accumulated in seventeen years of expertise in this segment, combined with a solid financial structure and a dynamic multidisciplinary corporate management board made up of one economist, two engineers and a lawyer, trained CALL in 2003, to diversify their investments and employ all its experience of building the housing market. Then comes the new CALL, developer and builder of own real estate. The sum of these experiences now totals a quarter of a century of success.

Proof of its excellence as a builder and developer are the two certifications by ABNT - Brazilian Association of Technical Standards in accordance with the Quality Management System Enterprise Services and Works Civil Construction: an under-PBQB H, Brazilian Program Quality and Productivity of Habitat, at the level "A" and the other under the ISO 9001 system, the company committed permanently to Quality.

These certifications only reinforce the market perception that an "enterprise CALL" is a reference quality, understood as the use of better techniques, combined with good materials and timeliness of delivery.
